Amber Technology Limited and Hills Limited are pleased to announce that as of Tuesday December 17, 2019, the agreement for the sale of the Hills Audio Visual (HAV) business to Amber is complete, with both parties committed to ensuring a smooth transition for customers, vendors and employees.

Under the terms of the completed agreement:

• The majority of HAV personnel – including sales, business development, product management and technical staff – have transferred to Amber Technology;
• The majority of HAV brands distributed by Hills in Australia and New Zealand are transferring to Amber Technology, ensuring continuity for customers and vendors;
• Hills will collect payments from customers for sales completed prior to 17/12/19; and
• Amber Technology will fulfil outstanding orders held by the Hills AV business at 17/12/19. Payment for these sales will be due to Amber under our standard terms and conditions.
