Tom Bukovac is known as the “Session Man” in the music industry and has played on more than 700 albums - and still counting. You name the album and he has probably played on it. From Steven Tyler to Keith Urban. From Vince Gill to Willie Nelson. Tom has played for everyone, showing why he is one of the most demanded players alive today. 

Tom, or "Uncle Larry" as some call him, likes to give a glimpse into his tips and tricks of being the SESSION MAN in his hit YouTube show “HOME SKOOLIN”. 

Our journey together has lent Duesenberg's distinctive tone to many of the songs we listen to today, all leading to this collaboration to create the perfect session guitar for all styles of music.

THE ALLIANCE SERIES TOM BUKOVAC IS MADE TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIO MUSICIANS.

It comes with a set of two Duesenberg GrandVintage Humbuckers that deliver a transparent, noiseless and wide signal for optimal recording conditions.

Additionally, the Alliance Series Tom Bukovac is fitted with an integrated Piezo pickup inside the bridge. This pickup can be activated with a small switch on the pickguard and blended with the regular pickup tone via our Multi-Tone control. It delivers an even brighter and more responsive tone that lends itself perfectly for more nuanced fingerstyle playing and much more.

The usual metal 3-step brace that holds the pickguard in place has been removed on this model to enable more freedom of movement for fingerstyle sessions.

Last but not least, a breathtaking selection of the finest quilted and flamed maple elevates this Alliance model to a whole new level.

The Duesenberg GrandVintage is a balanced premium Humbucker that delivers an even and wide frequency band. High-quality components like the pickup baseplate and open covers are made from German Silver, which is the only material available that does not have a negative impact on the frequencies produced at the beginning of the signal chain.

They truly deliver that famous Duesenberg tone that transports all of the nuances in your playing and cuts through the mix in any situation.

DIAMOND DELUXE VIBRATO
MEET THE VIBRATO SYSTEM THAT HAS CHANGED THE IDEA OF WHAT A CLASSIC DESIGN CAN DO.

Buttery smooth action, reliable tuning stability and string changes that are a breeze are just the main aspects of our unique vibrato design.

The Diamond Deluxe gives you the best tone while being lightweight. Heavy duty needle and nylon bearings give you the highly responsive Duesenberg feel when using the vibrato arm. The arm itself can be turned freely for 360° and can be adjusted to your preferred angle and length. The strings are simply guided through the holes in the bar underneath the arm-axis and can be lead to the tuners without any hassle.

NICKEL HARDWARE
MOST OF OUR HARDWARE IS NICKEL FINISHED.

You will find the geometrical three steps in almost every part on our instruments, from the curves on the headstock to the shape of the output jack.

When compared to regular chrome finishes, nickel has a beautiful warm and elegant sheen and ages naturally over time. It's the way things were done before chrome became the standard. If you don't want the hardware on your instrument to age, we recommend regular cleaning.
