8×8 4K UHD HDBaseT™ Matrix Kit

The MX-0808-KIT v2 gets a make over, sharing many of the same powerful features of version 1, but with a vision of lite commercial installations in mind. Offering the same transmissions of 4K UHD up to 35m/115ft, but now up to 8 HDBaseT outputs with included receivers. Additionally, version 2 is equipped with 4 mirrored outputs, which can be paired with any of our HAOC hybrid optical HDMI cables to connect to 4 additional screens. Also new and fitting are 4 balanced analog audio outputs 2ch support to connect to ceiling/over–hanging speakers or to an audio amplifier. Lastly, still enjoy the same great features of version 1, including CEC triggering, A/V mute and standby mode to extend the life of the matrix during downtime.

TAILORED FOR COMPACT VENUES

In the modern House of Worship venues, video distribution to a few screens or large displays paired with just as powerful 2 channel audio distribution is common place. The MX-0808-KIT v2 ensures a workhorse AV matrix distribution system for up to 8 endpoints, all while keeping longevity and system health in mind with the Standby Mode, allowing for distribution to save on energy when not in use.

4K UHD and HDR SUPPORT

Small in price yet big on specification, this 8x8 kit can handle current video content up to 4K/60 4:2:0 covering a majority of current source devices, even supporting 10-bit HDR content at up to 30Hz and multi-channel audio. Powerful HDBaseT technology sends this, IR control and PoH for the included receivers up to 35m/115ft.

BALANCED AUDIO DE-EMBED

Equipped with 4 balanced analog audio breakouts that follow the last 4 HDBaseT outputs. This gives the commercial integrator confidence to connect to long-run audio cabling without fear of audio interference.

A/V MUTE

Certain applications in the hospitality, education and commercial markets don’t always require a source to be routed through to an output. The 8×8 kit makes it possible to “mute” the video output as well as the audio, meaning that the HDMI signals to the zones can be independently switched off via the API.

CEC TRIGGERING

Working automatically on signal presence or triggered via the API, this 8x8 kit can send power trigger commands to all compatible connected screens or projectors meaning an integrated autonomous control solution.
